"Cyborg 2020"

The Andrea Miniature figure with a scratch-built diorama base

I bought the Cyborg 2020 model kit at a recent Chiller convention. It was cheap ($20.00) and small (54mm, about 1/32th scale) and very easy to build (just glue on the head and arms, and bingo, you move onto painting). After I built and painted the figure, I decided to give him a little diorama.

The base is from ERTL. This was originally made to display their 1/64th scale metal tractors. But I like them because they also make good display cases for my models. The clear plastic cover (which you don't see here) also keeps everything dust free, too.

Of course, technically, this kit is called "Cyborg 2020", but we really know who this looks like, right? "I'll be back!"

The air compressor and drums you see here are 1/35 scale accessories that were leftover from my military tank model kits. They make for good scenery for the Cyborg.
