Iron Man Moebius Model Kit
By Sean Farrell

I loved this kit so much that I built it as soon as I got it. Moebius really knocked the ball right out of the park with this one. The kit fits together so easily that re-adjusting the right arm, like I did here, was a snap to do. I painted my Ironman in more duller shades of red and gold, and then I put a black wash over the figure, in an attempt to give him a more battle-hardened look. The base was painted black as a base coat, then I dry-brushed silver over it.

I didn't realize until later that I had gotten so carried away with the painting that I didn't paint Iron Man exactly as he appeared in the film. Whoops! But, who cares? This was how he looked in the comics, somewhat, so that was good enough for me.

This was a fun, easy kit to do that revitalized my love of the hobby. I loved this kit so much, I'm thinking of buying more of them to build and pose in different positions.
